Does Cypherpunk need a Church?

And then fuck it all up royally, because religions are based on dogmas and 
dogmas tend to create all sorts of problematic shit as time goes by.

Cypherpunks, as far as I can tell, at least try not to rely on dogmas. So, 
"Cypherpunk Church", to me at least, sounds like an oxymoron.
