No you're interacting with TLS, an open IETF standard protocol
that cryptographically will either secure or not the line connection
regardless of what's behind it is legit or not. Facebook's public
use of TLS front by OpenSSL library or any other implementation
of TLS protocol front is private license wise (while perhaps
unfortunate bug, market share, or otherwise).
