The fact that they're not using this to trump-up the to-be-expected "HURR DURR 
ISIS SUCH DANGEROUS HERP DERP WE NEED MORE SURVEILLANCE GOBBLY-GOOP TERRISTS 
ARE CYBERWARRING MURICAH!!1!" tripe.

Either they have not caught up with what's up, or they're trying to *actually 
play it down*, which might or might not be indicative of the importance of 
data posted.
