the FBI FOIA for "Sudden unintended acceleration (SUA)" was
silent-closed without notice end of July. this is an anomaly, and
indicates worth digging extensively into:

"This request was closed 7-30-2015."


crafting new line of inquiries and extending requests to DoT as well...
