Don't forget some of the warez and other scenesters favorites
like .cc, .to, .ws, etc. And dyn dns and nntp services too.

And similar to following piratebay, there are places like parazite,
erowid, anarchy and other type sites that have had variously
stable homes and stories for over a decade.

The next decade will probably be all about .onion, .i2p and
similar things, paid for where needed with bitcoin.
