As in the search results... whoever was leaking employee is
irrelevant, the employee is the corp. If an employee cannot be
found *and* successfully treated separately from the corp, the
corp will take the fall for the leak. The leak is out there, but the
corp dies of negligience or something, rather than from a stand
up principled fight. That's not a win.

Probably depends on how the letter is worded / addressed.
The default sense in absense of such restrictions would seem
to be yes.
