Terrible instance of official censorship by intimidation of an
educational institution. Another nail in the coffin of TOR, just
about nailed shut. Fortunately better alternatives are in the
works, and more after those. High success and popularity
assures a security system will be compromised and a stake
must be driven into the hearts of promoters, repeatedly as
with vampires.
