It's no surprise that BAE Systems won the $0.335B contract as they
seem to lead the defense contractor pack in honing the practice of
Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), previously called Pattern of Life
Analysis.

NSA is one of NGA's clients, and this project will solve their desire
to visualize the physical infrastructure of the Internet in realtime.
