If the NSA - one of whose observed tasks is pwning everything and
everyone - does NOT have at least a small cadre monitoring F/OSS
projects for 0-days to stockpile, then somebody is asleep at the
switch.  This seems like too big a pie full of juicy vulnerabilities
to not have a couple of digits in.
