steganography & mimic function? (Re: [17] hidden links)

I'd be really, really impressed if this was really a stego tool's
output. Is it really possible to build systems that can generate
mostly-but-not-entirely grammatically correct sentences about a specific
topic with meaningful progression between subtopics?
