perusing the NSA Borders of Cryptology diagram¹ from long ago

i kept thinking-- something all pervasive in culture is missing here....

and lo and behold i uncover an undocumented secret military program

based both in encoded sound and electromagnetic data transmission,

and now i feel it is time to blow the whistle in the public interest:::
