Is the Wikileaks Party a cypherpunk party?

By some weird luck, I happen to know some people from Australian
Pirate Party, despite being on the other end of the world.

Based on that, I would trust them a bit more in their claims than
Assange-centered party that exists, afaik, to get Assange into senate.

However, I don't know that much about Australian politics, so what do I know.
