grant and i listened and danced to his music on valentines day

   i had a really tumultuous teenager-hood i was a happy and smart little
        kid it was surprising when so much angst welled up inside me

    messes are piling up around me making it hard to relax and get well i
   cant cuddle grant or cate- they need to stay well- so they are steering
                  clear of me i am bored and tired and achy

     i bet that block is not nearly as big as i remember it being but i
                       remember it being quite a trip

   i swear nothing makes me happier than a peaceful space and some needles

   let me preface this by saying that there is no one size fits all eating
      plan for someone with hormonal issues for some women cysts irregular
    cycles lack of ovulation and too much testosterone and its effects are
        directly related to bad insulin regulation in their body for these
   women they may be able to restore better regularity with avoiding blood
        sugar spikes by not eating carbohydrates therefore eliminating the
     insulin problem that is why so many women can conceive with metformin
                  or glucophage because these medicines work at that level

   my room is clean and im knitting

   i think they are so cute i love her litte handwriting and she is beyond
   excited to pass them out some other projects she and i looked at but
   didnt get around to (of course) from martha (of course)

                          all kits are shipped phew

      at 18 i planned to live the tahoe hippie life forever one day i felt
   compelled i knew it i just had to leave i packed up my car and moved to
                                                         the central coast

   i thought id live there forever one day when i was 12 my dad quit his
   job and we moved to lake tahoe it rocked my stable world

   well just as we were making preparations to get moving grant was
   granted that job he wanted right here in utah i guess were staying put
   (sorry shellie i wanted to live by you and drive to see ray and the
   beach on weekends real bad)

    i never thought life would then take me to utah to attend byu and then
      off to serve as a missionary for a year and a half but it did and it
          was hardest most surprising most rewarding experience of my life

                             they make me happy

   project 31 is rolling along i have donations for every single item i
   need for the 31 newborn kits and lots of fabric donations and i will
   sew until there are 31 baby quilts too thank you SO much i was
   overwhelmed by the awesome response packages are starting to arrive i
   will be sure to post some pictures when i get it all together and ready
   to take to the humanitarian center my heart is happy
