My computer is asking for a .vxd file?

When opening my computor, I get the message that system can't 
find the file arkdoshk.vxd and if I have uninstalled it,to reinstall it? 

What is arkdoshk.vxd and what is a file vxd? Is it detremental 
to the running of my computor by not having it?
