House Judiciary Committee draft CFAA amendments are terrible

Makes "unauthorized access" a racketeering (involving automatic
forfeiture on indictment, etc.)

Expands conspiracy to result in the full punishment of the
contemplated offense, not just the lesser conspiracy punishment

Increases the severity of various punishments

Redefines "exceeding authorized access" to include use of authorized
access for purposes other than intended

Incorporates CISPA
