The fact that the FBI chose to prosecute these cases (first Hatfill and 
then Ivins) in the press and not the courtroom said it all then, and 
nothing has come out to change the conclusion now: the government was 
looking for a way to end this investigation at any cost, no matter what - 
a lot like the Branch Dividian Raid.

Since Tim is no longer with us, I'll substitute his much needed quote:

Fuck the Government.  Fuck it dead!
