killer application for BitCoin and Tor

They've been doing this offline for many years. Fairly Tor like
manners of message passing too. Governments already own money, why
would they want to go through the effort of real money when they can
just print their own?

Now regular assassinations. Gangs, drug trafficers, slave traders,
they can really use this stuff. I'm afraid it doesn't help the
scumbags with power much, only those struggling to maintain theirs.
