Deep-web tracking & surveillance solution

I remember hearing about a (proprietary, SaaS) system that could track
people's activity on the Internet by analyzing text and attempting to
determine the author. However, I can't for the life of me find where I
heard this or any link at all.

Has anyone heard of something like this? I'd appreciate any links or
information that could lead to a link.
