We have pieces of the CP archives, but little before 1994.

The pre-1994 wad used to be available online. TCM used it to
write the bible. So it is in somebody's heap of disks which must
never be discarded.

We'll archive-offer the total collection if it can be assembled,
despite the few insurgents gone legit hoping their errors will
vanish forever.

The collection should be in a stable public institution to counter
the secret holdings.
