In other news, governments are found to be providing a means for known
and suspected terrorists not only to meet in person but to reach their
targets. The so-called "road network" is claimed to serve a
non-criminal purpose, but confidential sources inform us that the US
Federal Government is looking into the maintenance of the road network
with an eye to charging state and local governments as accessories and
facilitators of terrorist activity.
