What's the cypherpunkly angle with Liechtenstein? It has
lower taxes (22.9% for industry, 18% for individuals) and
seems to have a reasonable approach to financial secrecy.
No restrictions on import and use of cryptography.

Apart from that I fail to see why it is being mentioned here.
