There are OCR plate readers on hundreds of highway overbridges
where I sit. Debate for storing all license data is on the way.

Sorry for the recent flurry of messages, but I'm processing a
backlog. After that, I should vanish off the net (and from this
list) for quite a while, possibly for good.
