If you're thinking about using relay blocking lists,
you'll also need to whitelist them,
because there are some systems like John Gilmore's that get blocked otherwise.
I don't know how many of the remailers show up on blacklists,
but the remailer-operators list periodically notes domains that
get blacklisted as well, so it's non-zero.
