Many apologies for multiple deliveries!

Sorry about the multiple deliveries! My mailer reported that delivery 
had failed and would be tried again during a later check of mail. While 
waiting, I added a few comments here and there, as I didn't think the 
earlier versions had gone out.

Apparently my mailer lied to me.
