More likely he's holed up at Akamai in Cambridge, MA :)

(Both the White House and the FBI are using Akamai to cache and serve 
their web pages.... no relation to the caching issues being discussed 
with Safeweb, this is totally benign and similar to what a lot of 
other high-traffic sites do, like CNN.COM, etc.)
