Maybe those guys asking for money should get into anonymizing business:

For $10 go to the internet cafe and send the given message ? You meet them
on the camera-less part of the street. They don't know who you are, but their
reputation is maintained on the Freedom net. They are identified by numbers
on their shopping carts.

Connect through a cash-prepaid anon cellphone (yes, it can be done). The
problem
is the ISP account, those will need to be pooled.
