I thought his prior conviction was for the same thing, "pandering child
pornography," which given that Ohio also criminalizes all nude pictures,
as well as textual "depictions" of the sexual activity of minors, may also
be largely bullshit.

By the local community standards of Ohio, perhaps.  I doubt Nifty needs to
worry about the competition.
