Key length and stopping time

Q: If it becomes possible, as some recent physics research indicates, that
in some situations time can be stopped or eliminated what would the
implication be with regard to estimating the time to resolve key
lengths be? In other words if it becomes possible to have dynamic
physical systems which operate at least in some sort of phase space
with no time axis what does 'life of the universe' really mean?
