FW: [SupremeLaw] meet Manuel Diaz Saldana, Secretary of the Treasury

Manual has not been the Secretary for some time now.  In fact three times
the office has changed.  The latest one is Xenia Velez Silva.  Have been in
constant contact by phone and mail to these turkeys.
