Bullshit.

The framers made no such distinction. A little thought will demonstrate
why such a distinction is specious, and clearly politically motivated.

Any speech which is distinguished as political or not raises a question of
metric. In particular, who and how. Those questions are political by their
very nature. Any speech is political in nature.
