No idea. It could be cops, it could be real 24ct genuine teenage idiots
posing as such, it's hard to tell the difference.

Well, even if I sent them instructions, I would be outside their
jurisdiction. If our esteemed Otto Schily (a former Green turned socialist
red, blackening visibly as we speak) can't get at Murrkan white
supremacists (Zundel et al.), how difficult is the inverse?

I've noticed even smart novices can't follow a recipe. It's hard to
imagine they'd manage to blow up themselves or somebody else without a lot
of handholding.
