	Hmmm... Agents in danger from a russian programmer who is charged with talking about illegal things and writing bad code.

	Yeah, He probably knows how to use an AK-47, and carries 4 with him at all times. 

	One wonders whether Patty Trumbull really exists, or is just a squiggly line on a rubber stamp somewhere.

It is one of the essential features of such incompetence that the person so
afflicted is incapable of knowing that he is incompetent. To have such 
knowledge would already be to remedy a good portion of the offense.
