_Intelligence Newsletter_ 19 Jul 2001 p 1 has a story about someone spoofing (cryptologist) Serge Humpich from Sealand (S.H. was in Calif.) The spoofed msg described how bank cards are insecure, and came a few days after someone released 'geZeroLee Box v.1.0' which can write smartcards.
