9:00 AM. The Department of Commerce's Bureau of Export Administration's 
Information Systems Technical Advisory Committee (ISTAC) will hold the 
first of two days of meetings. The ISTAC advises the Office of the 
Assistant Secretary for Export Administration on technical questions that 
affect the level of export controls applicable to information systems
