What's the different between straffing a village and keeping the needed
industry to support it out? Either way the village isn't there anymore,
and in neither case was it voluntary or contingent upon a consensual
choice of the villagers themselves. It was upon the imposition by
coercion, economic is no cleaner than physical, to comply or else.
