It was sent to cypherpunks at koeln.ccc.de, and it did arrive in my
cypherpunks mail folder.

It's certainly not the first cypherpunks meeting in Europe, but it
sounds interesting anyway. Too bad they're organizing it now that I
don't live in Europe any more...
