I've been trying to negotiate with the administrators of www.inet-one.com, 
to let me download the entire archive, no luck so far.

Any other takers, who will let me http:// a .zip, gzip or tar across a T-1???

They won't give me ftp access at work, but it's a shame to let that T-1 go 
to waste,,,
