It's an experimental on-line futures market for speculating on the outcomes
of elections.

It has been successful in predicting the percentage vote outcome of the last
few presidential elections within 1-2% of the actual vote.

Unfortunately, they only include Republicans, Democrats, Reform Party, and
Nader.
