The Bureau of Export Administration published 15 January 1998 in 
the Federal Register, "Implementation of the Wassenaar Arrangement 
List of Dual-Use Items: Revisions to the Commerce Control List and 
Reporting Under the Wassenaar Arrangement; Rule."
