eg:

	<HTML>
	<HEAD>
	<TITLE>Test</TITLE>
	</HEAD>

	<DL><p>
	<DT>
	<A HREF="news:199603100645.XAA00982 at nelson.santafe.edu?headers=all">
	Test of news post
	</A>
	</DL>

	</body>
	</HTML>
