Offshore is back in Old Ta

They restored power to our usual address, "Old Ta", and we have
now moved back there.  So power was only out for 2 days.  Angalec
is doing a great job of restoring power.

Thanks again to Cable and Wireless for letting me setup there till
power was back here.
