Gee, I always thought that people on this list only advocated changing the
ITAR thru legal means.  The fact that strong crypto is widely available
outside the USA is merely supporting evidence for this view.  :-)

It's nice to see some signal back instead of just the noise sent during the
Christmas attack on the list.  Thanks to all of you who provided the signal.
