New type2.list/pubring.mix

Hello Everyone,

	There is an updated type2.list/pubring.mix combination on
jpunix.com. The update reflects the retirement of the jam remailer. The
files are available by WWW from www.jpunix.com as well as by anonymous ftp
from ftp.jpunix.com. Maybe jam ought to run a middleman? :)
