article/author ratings/reputations (was Re: pseudonyms & list health)

This idea of "ratings" over usenet is very interesting..  If anyone
has addittional info or URLs where I can look, please send me
"private" mail at dr261 at cleveland.freenet.  (Or post them to the
list, but it doesn't seem crypto-related.)
