experimental socks5 gateway

	so I've installed a socks5 server on infinity.c2.org, port
1080. Socks5 is available from
coast.cs.purdue.edu:/pub/tools/unix/socks

	This is for experimental purposes only. Full logs are kept.
It may go down at any time. It may not work. Your computer might blow
up. etc. etc.
