We wrote in our objectives:

outlining charter and rational, expectations and processes; activities 
and deliverables

I was thinking that you could be quite advanced as you sent after 
January F2F some nice PowerPoint
I wondered if we could take your area and make it an example of a 
charter document that we could
use to inspire other area directors to produce their's?
