[cddlm] HP interop client results now up online

I've got my build set up to generate test reports when run against the 
server and then to publish the results:

Ourgrid is offline right now, NEC's endpoint is throwing a runtime 
exception in a handler whenever I talk to it.

For some reason, Luntbuild refuses to check out and compile the Alpine 
bit of the source tree. If I could fix that, I could have it rerun and 
republish these tests every hour. Until then, I'll do it by hand at most 
once a day.
