[cddlm] CDL test results doc

Hi Satish,

do you have the mapping between the document test cases and the CVS 
repository tests under: test/org.ggf.cddlm.files/cdl? How did you get 
your test results? Did you implement other tests?

I've noticed that at least the number of tests for each subgroup is 
different.
