[cddlm] namespaces

Hi Steve,

Please flag it as an open issue that we need to address on the ongoing
bases until completely resolved. I believe that we can still change the
CDL in the spec, if needed.

PS BTW Below I do not see the difference in the last two namespaces you
provide.
