Discussion items include: *Review of actions from last meeting: -ADs for each Area to write Area mission, objectives and proposed projects to be review in next bi-weekly in prep for SC05 F2F. Please review and provide feedback as soon as possible, and if we are in agreement, than Julie will represent these in the ESC. Thank you. P.S., Julie am I are working to flesh-out the next level of detail for the overall Community objectives, again based on our GGF15 Boston F2F. We should have those ready for our Community F2F meeting at SC05. My recommendation is for each Area to have missions, objectives, and proposed projects that are "double-clicks" of the overall Community mission and objectives. I think that this will give us a consistent flow and help those on the outside looking-in to better understand where/how we fit into the overall GGF org as well as understand how to engage with us.
